Sales Load Drop Sequence

Maximize efficiency when a truck has more than one drop-off location by assigning the sequence in which orders on a load are to be delivered.

An order associated to a Sales Load is assigned the next Drop Sequence Number for the load upon save. Add the Drop Sequence No. and the Ship To Address columns to Sales Load Management to view the sequence of the drops.

Rearrange the Drop Sequence No. by dragging and dropping the order lines.

The Drop Sequence No. for orders associated to a load can be viewed in Sales Load Inquiry, Sales Load Carrier Confirmation, and Pick Ticket.

Sales Load Carrier Confirmation

The Sales Load Carrier Confirmation is arranged to display orders based on the Drop Sequence No.

Pick Ticket

The Pick Ticket displays the Drop Sequence No., allowing loaders visibility to the order in which the truck needs to be loaded.
