Track Delivery Information for Purchase Orders

Gain visibility to important delivery information on inbound Purchase Orders on the PO List and Receiving List. Quickly set ETA, Check-In, Unloading and Check-Out times right from the Receiving List allowing you to organize your inbound delivery process.

View the Purchase Order List by PO, Load or Product. Display today’s PO’s as well as PO’s that were received in the past and those you plan to receive in the future with settings that allow your users to control how little or how much they want to see.

The Product view of the Purchase Order list allows you to see which products you have coming in on each PO.

Purchase Order List Columns

Customize the screen to add or remove columns to give you the level of granularity you want to see.

Purchase Order List Properties

In Purchase Order List Properties, you can set, depending on your view, whether double-clicking in the list opens Purchase Order Entry or Purchase Load Management for the line. When not selected, double-clicking opens an inquiry for the line.

Receiving List

Buttons in Receiving List allow you to enter estimated time of arrival, check-in, start unload, and check-out. In Purchase Order List, use the ETA button to view or enter information about the estimated time of arrival for a purchase order.

Delivery Information In Purchase Orders and Purchase Loads

The arrival times of purchase orders is just as important as your shipments. The Delivery tab in Purchase Orders and Purchase Loads allow you to see how efficiently trucks are being unloaded.

Save time by adding Delivery information to the Purchase Load. All Purchase Orders associated to the load will be updated with the same delivery information.
