Ordering 1099 Forms
Famous Software sells blank 1099 forms that can be used when printing year-end 1099 forms with Famous ERP. The following sections describe the available forms. Once you determine which forms you need, you can use the provided worksheets to calculate the number of forms you need to order. Finally, a PDF form is available for download, that you will complete and send to Famous Software with your payment.
1099 Price List A includes a discount for orders mailed before October 1, 2024. Use 1099 Price List B for orders mailed on or after October 1, 2024. Payment MUST be enclosed with all orders. Orders received without payment will be returned. We guarantee that these forms will work with Famous ERP.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Late orders may be delayed, as they require a special shipment by the forms manufacturer.
Important Dates
- Prior to October 1 – Discounted pricing on orders and payments mailed prior to this date.
- December 9-31 – Orders can only be filled if forms are available for orders and payments received within this date range.
- After December 31 – Please contact Melissa Shapazian at 559-431-8100 to verify availability prior to sending in order forms.
1099 Blank Perforated Laser Forms
1099s printed from Famous are on blank perforated laser forms. The boxes and data are printed at the same time.
Pre-printed 1099 forms are no longer supported by Famous Software as of 2020 year-end. The Federal print copy is also not supported by Famous Software for any 1099 and must be submitted electronically. Nonemployee Compensation is now reported on form 1099 NEC.

Famous Software sells forms for Payer Copy 1 as well as 1099 Recipient Copy B/Copy 2 forms and envelopes.
The 1099 forms for DIV, INT, MISC print two recipients per page. The 1099 form for PATR, NEC prints three recipients per page. Order by the number of recipients (not by sheets) rounded up to the next hundred. Orders must be in increments of 100.

Affordable Care Act Forms
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) forms include the 1094B, 1095B, 1094C, 1095C, and Recipient Instructions. These forms can be printed directly from Famous on blank paper. Pre-printed forms are not required when using Famous for ACA forms.
